A hymn or psalm sung to a traditional or composed melody, especially one with strong harmonization; often featuring tighter, more advanced four-part harmonic structures.
UNCHANGED VOICES, Grades 8-12
Singers in Chorale build upon skills learned in Prelude, Bel Canto, and Cantabile Choirs, with increased attention to the individual singers through choral literature. Chorale rehearses Tuesdays from 6:00-7:30 PM.
