Canterbury Youth Voices (CYV) is an extracurricular choral program for students, grades 2 through 12. CYV is celebrating our 30th anniversary beginning in 2027. Canterbury Youth Voices allows passionate young singers from varying schools and towns to make beautiful music together. Oklahoma youth sing in a fun and dynamic environment while developing musical skills with distinguished music educators, and learning appropriate, challenging musical repertoire.

Canterbury believes in performance as an important part of a singer’s training, and our choirs have the opportunity to perform frequently with professional musicians, at nationally televised sporting events, and at regional music conventions. Canterbury Youth Voices develops the artistic and personal growth of our students and fosters a lifelong love of music. Canterbury Youth Voices rehearses on Tuesdays at the Bass School of Music on the campus of Oklahoma City University. Auditions take place on selected dates beginning in May. Audition sign-up begins in April and will be available on our website.
